With only days left before STEP Conference Dubai 2025, the team needed to boost last-minute ticket sales. Traditional channels were already active — but saturation and urgency demanded a fresh, direct approach.
STEP’s target audience was already out and about — tech professionals and founders in key business districts like Media City and DIFC. Within 48 hours, Flyby launched a dynamic campaign across its Smart Delivery Boxes. The creative matched the event’s visual language, and a QR code led directly to a discounted ticketing page.
Capping off the campaign, two Flyby bikes were stationed at the event entrance – serving as a final touchpoint that brought the digital campaign to life and reinforced STEP’s forward-thinking presence right where it mattered most.
