Intent with Impact

For the launch of Mission: Impossible 8 – The Final Reckoning, Four Star Films and Publiscreen Media partnered with Flyby to create a citywide campaign that went beyond conventional billboards.
The goal: build real momentum in the streets. Not just awareness, but action, recall, and presence.

Traditional cinema marketing was already active: posters, digital, social.
But what was missing was real action. That’s where Flyby came in.

How It Rolled Out

Flyby deployed Smart Delivery Boxes across Dubai, running over 100,000 ad minutes for a full 6-week activation, targeting:

  • Pre-launch buzz in early May
  • Premiere push in the final week of May
  • Post-release sustain throughout June

The campaign ran across 15+ key neighborhoods, including:
Marina • Downtown • JBR • Jumeirah • Business Bay • City Walk

Each box carried high-impact visuals from the film – Tom Cruise in action – as they moved through cinema zones, F&B hotspots, and urban intersections.

This wasn’t just outdoor advertising.
It was OOH in motion — placing the film inside the daily rhythm of the city.

Delivering Results

  • 8.2 million impressions captured through Bluetooth tracking
  • 330,000 campaign runs across targeted city zones
  • Coverage across Dubai’s most densely trafficked residential and commercial areas
  • Social buzz and real-world talkability — “Have you seen Tom Cruise on a delivery box?” became a real question
